Presidium

The Presidium of the Academic Council is a permanent executive body of the Society which is elected for five years and operates based on the Society’s Charter. The Presidium consists of the president, the honorary president, vice-presidents, the executive director and the academic secretary.

The Presidium convenes as needed but at least once every two months. Decisions are made by open ballot based on the majority vote. A decision can only be made if at least half of the Presidium members are present at the meeting. The academic secretary is tasked with taking the meeting minutes.
